Pressure switches from Hyb

Temperature compensated pressure switch with analog voltage output. Industrial pressure or vacuum switch has many applications in industry process. It has EMC protection and is packaged in small plastic housing with metal pressure port with O-ring seal.

Typical characteristics

  • Pressure range: -1 bar...0 (vacuum switch); 0...20 hPa to 0...7 bar (pressure switch)(non-corrosive gasses or dry air)
  • Accuracy: 2% (1% - special request)
  • Temperature range: 0°C to +80°C
  • Supply voltage: 11...35V
  • Output voltage: 1V...5V
  • Electrical connection: 4 pin M8
  • connector: GND, Vcc, Vout, Switch output
  • Switch output: NPN or PNP open collector PROFET

Industrial pressure or vacuum switch has standard M8 connector for industrial applications. The switch is protected against over-current, short circuit and reverse polarity. Trip point is externally adjusted with 4 turn potentiometer. Switch state is displayed with integrated LED.

 

ETZ 1144 General Description - OEM pressure switch

The ETZ 1144 is pressure sensor and switch in miniature metal housing for
industrial applications. Input pressure is sensed with silicon piezoresistive bridge. Measured pressure is transformed into standard output voltage range from 0,5 to 4,5 V or other. A switching output is integrated in sensor, which can be externally adjusted with potentiometer and switching level seen with LED indicator. Temperature compensation and calibration is performed by programmable digital signal conditioner.

Small size and robust M8 threaded housing is very convenient for applications with limited space. Total length is less than 40mm with different options for pressure connection. Electrical connection is standard, 4 pole M8 connector or shielded cable.

Absolute and gage pressure configurations are possible for pressure ranges 20 hPa to 7 bar.
